The White Company customers couldn’t redeem more than one gift card online at once.
Solution
Worked with Jigsaw to launch a new online feature that allows customers to merge multiple gift card balances into one.
Result
Reduction in customer service times and over 7,500 gift cards merged in 2023 alone.

Improving The White Company's gift card journey
Customers could only redeem more than one gift card when shopping in-store; if they were shopping online, they could only use one gift card when checking out. At Jigsaw, we understand the importance of making every journey as seamless and user-friendly as possible.
We worked with The White Company to create a feature where customers can redeem multiple gift cards on their eCommerce site
A seamless customer experience
This feature bridges the online gap, offering the same smooth, user-friendly experience across channels.
However, this is not the only benefit of creating a seamless customer experience. The White Company saw a huge reduction in customer service times as customers were able to check the balance of their cards and merge them themselves - all on a sleek and easy-to-use website.
Last year alone, over 7,500 balance mergers were made; this means 7,500 customer journeys were made smoother - an amazing result for The White Company and their customers.
