Nike was eager to boost their eGift card sales rapidly. Always seeking fresh and innovative ways to help brands enhance their gift card performance, Jigsaw proposed introducing a new collection of animated gift cards.


To bring this vision to life, Jigsaw set to work on optimising Nike’s eCommerce site, ensuring it was fully equipped to showcase the new animated gift cards alongside the existing static designs. Enhancing the customer experience was a top priority, so Jigsaw designed the animated cards to move only when selected, avoiding constant motion that could distract or overwhelm users.


Additionally, Jigsaw updated the email templates customers receive with their orders. This included embedding the animated gift cards seamlessly into the design, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing experience that aligned with the new aesthetic.

The impact of eCommerce sales for Nike
