Please note Amazon and Reward Pass funds have a longer approval period, so they have an earlier cutoff than other brands.

Tillo now uses auto approval for the GBP and EUR Universal floats, so make sure that you include your reference number when you make the payments.

To help minimise the impact to your team we have a few tips to ensure you are covered this festive season:

  • Don't run out of funds - get your monies on account in early!
  • Check your credit balances - make sure you have enough available to cover you and remember to process the payment through the hub otherwise your balance will not get updated
  • Set low fund alerts - get notifications on your dashboard and to your email when you are running low
