Yep, you read that right ā Tillo has a mascot. And not just any mascot⦠a Texan armadillo with a heart full of optimism, a shell full of team spirit, and a mission to surprise and delight wherever he goes.
Let me back up a bit and tell you how I rolled into all this.

I was born (well, imagined) during a brainstorming session with the Tillo Product Team. Someone jokingly said, āShould we have a mascot? Maybe an armadillo... or Armatillo?ā And instead of letting it go, they ran with it. And here I am.
Why an armadillo, you ask? Well, for starters, armadillos are native to Texas, just like Tilloās US HQ. But thatās not all. Weāre also known for our tough, protective shells (some are even bulletproof), which felt like a fitting nod to Tilloās rock-solid tech ā strong, secure, and built to scale.
Oh, and bugs? We eat those for breakfast. š
Like me, Tillo may be friendly on the outside, but underneath the surface, thereās serious substance. Weāre agile, adaptable, and not afraid to dig deep ā whether thatās solving a tech challenge or rolling out something new to make our partners smile.

Iām not just here to look cute on a cookie (although, letās be honest, I absolutely nail that brief). Iām here to represent everything that makes Tillo different. Our people, our purpose, and our promise to always put smiles first ā whether thatās in our product, our partnerships, or our Slack channels (Iāve got my own emoji. Big deal).

Since joining the team, Iāve been everywhere. I flew to Barcelona for the IMA Summit (my first time on a plane ā no pressure). I tagged along to Pay360 in London, where I brushed shoulders with Tinie Tempah (he didnāt ask for a selfie, but I could tell he wanted one). And Iāve made plenty of cameos across Tilloās internal world ā from plushie prototypes to cookies, and even top-secret merch in the works.

Whether itās trade shows, Google Meets, or being smuggled into someoneās suitcase, Iām all about bringing a little to Tilloās day-to-day ā and yours too.

Mascots arenāt just for kids or cereal boxes. In a B2B world that can feel a bit too buttoned-up, Iām here to add a little warmth, a little weirdness, and a whole lot of personality to the Tillo brand.
